City of Toronto Municipality  Commercial Properties Portfolio

Honeywell Forge Enterprise Deployment

Role
Team Lead - Honeywell Forge Roll-out Program

Context
Led regional deployments of Honeywell Forge, Honeywell’s cloud-based building intelligence platform, across a diverse portfolio of facilities in Canada. Deployments spanned healthcare, education, and commercial buildings, each with unique operational, regulatory, and system constraints.

Each site typically involved large-scale data environments, averaging 20,000+ real-time data points, requiring careful coordination between edge systems, cloud services, and local facility teams.

What Was Delivered

  • Led site-specific deployment planning aligned with operational priorities, comfort requirements, and compliance needs

  • Oversaw integration design for BMS systems, including data modeling, control strategy alignment, and performance benchmarking

  • Coordinated with local facility stakeholders to gather system architecture details, equipment inventories, and metadata required for analytics configuration

  • Worked closely with Honeywell’s global engineering and product teams to configure edge-to-cloud data flows and resolve deployment-specific challenges

  • Supported standardization of deployment practices to improve consistency and repeatability across the regional portfolio

  • Enabled data-driven performance optimization across 50+ facilities

  • Delivered consistent analytics and operational insights across varied building types and system architectures
